All goods brought into our warehouse are individually tagged and inventoried prior to removal from the residence. Summit Moving and Storage has 25,000 square feet of storage available for their customers. Our warehousemen are experienced and professional. All of our storage containers are sealed and organized in our warehouse so that we know where your property is at all times. Our facility is clean, temperature controlled, fireproof concrete construction and on a 24 hour security and fire alarm system. Summit’s warehouse meets all government storage standards.

Our rates on our local storage:
$25.00 per ( 7’ x 5’ x 7 ½’ ) pallet per month
Warehouse Handling at $34.00 per pallet
Example:

If you were moving a 2-bedroom house into storage with Summit Moving and Storage, we figure approximately 1 room per storage container. Therefore, a 2-bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and basement would require about 4 to 5 storage containers. The warehouse handling on a 2-bedroom home moving into storage would be on a per pallet basis.

Summit Moving and Storage is a private warehouse and access to your goods is on a per hour basis.

Warehouse Handling at $34.00 per hour.
